Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms of service carefully before executing export consignments or trade transactions with Lotus Global Exim.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing our trade compliance systems, ordering consignments, or requesting quotes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined herein, as well as the rules set by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and international trade regulatory frameworks.
2. Trade & Quotation Rules
All quotes issued by our trade desk (such as FOB, CIF, or CFR rates) are valid for a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing. Consignment pricing is subject to agricultural market fluctuations and ocean/air freight tariff revisions.
3. Shipping & Port Clearance
Lotus Global Exim initiates cargo loading and custom clearances at Mumbai Port (JNPT) only upon validation of Letters of Credit (L/C) or verified receipt of advance T/T deposits. Delays arising due to third-party shipping line rescheduling or customs inspections at destinations are beyond our control.
4. Compliance & Phytosanitary Checks
We guarantee that all consignments comply with APEDA, FSSAI, and Spices Board of India export regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that imported agricultural items comply with their local national safety guidelines and import permits before finalizing trade agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lotus Global Exim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays in transit, weather anomalies affecting agricultural crops, or force majeure events at sea.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website and shall apply to all active consignments and agreements.
